Spiritual direction is a practice in which an trained guide, known as a spiritual director, companions another in exploring and deepening their spiritual life, beliefs, and experiences. It is typically done as a one-on-one or small group session, focusing on your personal story, your emotions and your spiritual experience.
Our directors are trained in deep listening, accompanying you on your journey with compassion and curiosity. They honor both the ordinary and the sacred parts of life, offering a non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world. Spiritual direction is not therapy, yet this companioning practice often leads to a profound sense of connection, healing, and transformation.
Our spiritual directors are available for both individual and group spiritual direction, extending a warm welcome to individuals from all backgrounds and belief systems.

Initial Session: Free
Individual Sessions: $60-$80/session - sliding scale.
Group Sessions : $30/individual (group size ranges from 3-5 members.)
All sessions are available in-person (Boulder County Area) or online.
